What this site does.
This is a static informational website. It has no account registration, training-data upload, email subscription form, advertising scripts, or analytics scripts. The example dashboard uses fictional sample values shipped with the page.
Choosing Running, Strength, or Hybrid changes that example in your browser. This site does not send those choices to an application backend or store them in cookies or local storage.
What happens when you visit.
The site is hosted with Google Firebase Hosting. Delivering a webpage involves technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details, and requested URL, which the hosting provider may process for service delivery, security, and operations.
We do not claim that visiting a website leaves no technical records. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Training data needs its own terms.
The backend, account system, sharing controls, and AI integrations are separate work in development. Before those services collect training records, they need their own accurate privacy information, access controls, retention rules, and terms.
Do not submit personal training or health data through this marketing website. Learn about the intended data-control principles or check the current roadmap.
